The Parlour Haus Story

Built for the Professional Who Has Outgrown Ordinary

Private by design. Elevated by intention. Built by people who understand what professionals actually need.

THE SPACE THAT DIDN’T EXIST

There Is No Shortage of Salon Suites. There Is a Shortage of the Right Ones.

The beauty and wellness industry has seen an explosion of studio suite concepts over the past decade. Walk into almost any of them and you’ll find the same thing: shiny finishes, shared spaces, and a generic lease that treats a master injector the same as someone cutting hair for the first time.

Established professionals — those with loyal, discerning clientele — have long needed something different. A space designed for the privacy and discretion their clientele expects. A fully outfitted studio they can walk into and operate from day one. A professional community that is curated, not just collected.

The wellness side of the industry has been underserved even further. Massage therapists, acupuncturists, IV therapy practitioners, laser specialists — professionals whose clients seek true wellness experiences — have been largely left out of the suite model entirely.

Parlour Haus was built to close that gap.

WHAT MAKES PARLOUR HAUS DIFFERENT

A Different Standard, By Design

Parlour Haus is not a suite rental company with a luxury coat of paint. It is a fundamentally different model — conceived from the ground up for professionals whose practices are already established and whose clients expect more.

Truly Private Studios

Every studio at Parlour Haus is a closed, self-contained unit. No shared treatment rooms. No rotating occupants. No compromises on client privacy or practitioner autonomy.

Fully Turnkey From Day One

Studios arrive outfitted and ready to operate — treatment beds, lighting, cabinetry, prep sinks, shampoo bowls, and more depending on tier. No buildout delays, no furniture sourcing, no setup overhead. You walk in and start serving clients.

A Curated Professional Ecosystem

The tenant mix at Parlour Haus is intentional. Studios are selected to create a complementary community of practitioners — one where a client visiting their injector might naturally be introduced to a top-tier esthetician down the hall, or where a wellness client’s massage therapist and acupuncturist operate steps apart. Referrals are not an afterthought. They are built into the fabric of how Parlour Haus is designed and operated.

Built for Wellness, Not Just Beauty

Parlour Haus is one of the first suite concepts to genuinely design for wellness professionals — with the spatial requirements, operational standards, and client environment that aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, massage, and holistic practice actually demand.

THE FOUNDERS

Behind Parlour Haus

Parlour Haus was founded by Ruben and Katherine Hyppolite — two professionals whose combined backgrounds make them unusually well-suited to build this concept the right way.

Katherine Hyppolite — Co-Founder

Katherine brings over 26 years of experience across real estate brokerage, real estate investing, property management, corporate resource management and talent acquisition. She has spent her career at the intersection of people, property, and professional standards — and it shows in every decision behind Parlour Haus.

Her deep understanding of what it means to manage a professional environment — not just a building — is the foundation of how Parlour Haus operates. The curation process, the tenant standards, the long-term lease structure, the protection of the space’s integrity: these are not marketing ideas. They are the product of someone who has spent decades building and managing spaces that actually work.

Ruben Hyppolite — Co-Founder

Ruben’s background spans real estate construction and the medical industry, where he built relationships and operational expertise as a former pharmacy owner. He brings a practitioner-adjacent perspective that is rare in the suite space — a genuine understanding of what medical and wellness professionals need from their environment, both physically and operationally.

His construction background means Parlour Haus studios are not just designed on paper — they are built with knowledge of what high-use professional spaces actually require in terms of infrastructure, acoustics, ventilation, and long-term durability.

WHO PARLOUR HAUS IS FOR

This Space Was Built For You If…

You serve a clientele that expects privacy, discretion, and an elevated experience

You are independently established and ready to operate fully on your own terms

You have moved beyond shared spaces, booth rentals, or high-turnover environments

You want a studio that is ready from day one — no buildout, no sourcing, no setup

You want to be part of a professional community that elevates your practice, not dilutes it

Parlour Haus is not the right fit for everyone — and that is intentional. Studios are offered to professionals whose practices align with the standards, pace, and intent of the environment.
