About Parlour Haus
Who is Parlour Haus for?
Parlour Haus is designed for independently established beauty and wellness professionals who are ready for a private, long-term studio. It is not suited for those just starting out, or those looking for shared, short-term, or rotational arrangements.
What types of professionals work at Parlour Haus?
Studios are available to licensed professionals across hair, skin, aesthetics, and wellness — including hairstylists, estheticians, injectors, laser specialists, massage therapists, makeup artists, PMU artists, acupuncturists, and other practitioners whose work is compatible with a private studio environment.
Is Parlour Haus a booth rental or commission-based salon?
No. Parlour Haus is a private studio leasing model. You operate your own independent business, set your own schedule, prices, and clientele. There are no commissions and no shared workspaces.
Studios & Inclusions
What is included with my studio?
Every studio includes high-speed WiFi, utilities (electric, water, climate control), 24/7 keyless access, on-site parking, shared laundry, break room access, and product storage. Studio fixtures vary by tier — see the Studio Types section for full details by tier.
Are shampoo bowls included?
Shampoo bowls are included in Salon Forward Flagship and Premier studios. Beauty & Wellness Aesthetic studios are not outfitted with shampoo bowls as standard.
Can I customize or modify my studio?
Customization options and guidelines are discussed during the tour and lease process. Parlour Haus maintains material and operational standards throughout the property to preserve the integrity of the environment.
What are the studio size options?
Beauty & Wellness Aesthetic studios range from 90 to 250 square feet depending on tier. Salon Forward studios range from 110 to 200 square feet. Full breakdowns are available in the Studio Types section.
Leasing & Access
How long are lease terms?
Studios are structured for long-term occupancy. Specific lease terms are discussed during the consideration and tour process. Micro/Flex studios are the exception — these are available on weekly or month-to-month terms for practitioners seeking shorter-term placement.
How does early access work?
Professionals who submit a request for consideration before a location opens are reviewed and prioritized ahead of general availability. Early access does not guarantee placement, but positions you ahead of the public waitlist and gives you first selection of available studios.
How many studios are available?
Each Parlour Haus location offers 24 total studios: 18 Beauty & Wellness Aesthetic studios and 6 Salon Forward studios. Studios are limited and not all tiers will be available in every market.
Timeline & Locations
When will the first location open?
Initial locations are planned for phased opening beginning in late 2026. Early access professionals will be notified as timelines are confirmed for their market.
Where will Parlour Haus be located?
Initial markets are focused on South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach Gardens. Locations are being selected based on long-term viability, accessibility, and alignment with the Parlour Haus brand.

How do I get started?
Submit a request for consideration using the form on our website. Our team reviews each submission individually and will be in touch as studio availability aligns with your market and practice.
What happens after I submit a request?
You will receive a confirmation that your request was received. Our team reviews submissions on an ongoing basis. Qualified professionals are contacted directly as locations are finalized and studios become available. See the ‘What to Expect’ section on our homepage for the full process.
Is there a cost to submit a request?
No. Submitting a request for consideration is completely free. There is no commitment required at the request stage.
